Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Âme Sœur and to every distance contract concluded between Âme Sœur and the consumer.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Offer and Products
We do our best to display our products as accurately and completely as possible.
However, colors and packaging may slightly differ due to screen settings or product updates.
All offers remain valid while stocks last or until the stated end date.
Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include 21% VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
Âme Sœur reserves the right to change prices, but orders already placed will always be executed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Ordering and Payment
An order is considered final only after payment has been received.
We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through secure payment systems.
Âme Sœur is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the payment provider.
Delivery
Orders are shipped after payment has been received.
We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 business days in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Shipping is handled via bpost or PostNL.
Âme Sœur cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
In accordance with Belgian law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
The following conditions apply:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used care products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error by Âme Sœur.

Warranty and Complaints
We guarantee the quality of our products.
If you have a complaint or something is wrong with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@amesoeur.be, including a clear description and photos if applicable.
We strive to respond within 3 business days and to find a suitable solution together.
Liability
Âme Sœur cannot be held liable for:
Damage caused by improper or incorrect use of products
Indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profit)
Delays beyond our control, including transport issues or force majeure situations
In all cases, our liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

All texts, photos, logos, and designs on www.amesoeur.be are the property of Âme Sœur or its partners and are protected by copyright law.
It is not permitted to copy, use, or distribute any material from this website without prior written consent.
Privacy & Data Protection

Force Majeure
Âme Sœur is not obligated to fulfill its obligations in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, or technical failures.
In such cases, the execution of the agreement will be temporarily suspended.
Applicable Law and Disputes
All agreements between Âme Sœur and the consumer are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Antwerp district.
