Free shipping on orders over €50
For orders below this amount, a €4.98 shipping fee applies
Other EU Countries
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country
Delivery Time
We do our very best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days within Belgium and the Netherlands.
During holidays or promotional periods, delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped via bpost or PostNL, depending on your location.
They ensure safe and reliable delivery right to your door.
Returns
We truly hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic or care products cannot be returned.
Always include your order number or a copy of the invoice with your return.
How to Return a Product
- Send an email to info@amesoeur.be including your order number and the reason for your return.
- You will receive a confirmation from us with the return address and further instructions.
- Carefully pack the products and send them back via a reliable postal service.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., a wrong or damaged item).
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amesoeur.be, including photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible — a replacement or a full refund.
Undelivered Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failure to collect it from a pickup point, it will automatically be returned to us.
We can resend the package once the additional shipping costs have been paid.
